Perch Condos

LA Ads is a branding, marketing, and communications award-winning agency for major real estate developments and their clients are based in Canada and the United States.

LA Ads created the branding, website, and marketing for Perch Condos. I supported the agency by helping them translate branding assets to social media assets. These assets are then to be used on their social media platforms to help grow their brand awareness in the digital world. The social media assets were created for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.

Branding & Web: LA Ads (L.A. Inc)
Digital Marketing: LA Ads (L.A. Inc)
Social Media Designs: Amanda Yeung
Video Renderings: Pure Blink Digital

I strategized and conceptualized the execution of this project by looking at the design briefs and project assets provided. The content was going to be in the form of social media posts, IG stories, or video posts. We will be sharing the project assets on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Multiple social media platforms

This video represents the video post for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Each
video has been tailored to fit the requirements per social media platform.

Perch video

This video features Perch Condos showcasing the beautiful architecture and interior design. This video rendering can help potential home buyers imagine how life can potentially look like if they purchased a condo.

The original renderings video was created by Pure Blink Digital which can be found on the Perch Condo website. In this project, there were some videos where I trimmed, re-formatted the video to fit on social media platforms. Additionally, I resized, and ensuring the ratios for the content were accurate.

This all depended on content sharing through an Instagram story, an in-feed story post, or a different social media platform. Storytelling and audio were part of the process to ensure everything flowed smoothly, depicting a story and evoking emotions.

Perch Instagram story

In the previous video, with the aroma of coffee when one wakes up in the morning.

In this video, I wanted to evoke emotions that connect us to our childhoods and three of the five senses — touch, smell, and sound. This creates nostalgia when we used to read books with our parents as children. Even current day as adults, we flip the pages of the book and we smell the paper the book was printed on, we touch the texture of the paper and we hear the sounds of flipping a page.
